The jeans! The jeans! The jeans! I love the jeans! If skinny jeans and bell bottoms had a baby it would result to this. Perfectly paired with a pair of stilleto pumps, this look doesn’t make her legs look frumpy or too short. Also, can we just look at this thick and lovely scarf? Purchased at H&M, it’s the perfect way to stay toasty during these cold times.

Raise your hand if you still think brown and black can’t peacefully coexist? If you raised it, I’m going to give you a number of an eye doctor, he owes me one.
After looking at this ‘fit, it’s clear to see that the black and brown rule has now been nullified.

The cutest rugged man my eyes have ever seen. Every girl wants a good guy but secretly feigns for the bad ones. Men, why not be both? Leather jackets and button-down shirts usually do the trick. Oh yeah, don’t forget the smile like this guy.

The color palette of this ‘fit is just so rich. She’s got the coffee-brown boots, dark-wash (if you haven’t noticed, I have an affinity for jeans with a darker dye), a light navy-colored scarf, and and ash gray top. For the longest time it seemed as though the only way to go was monochrome or maybe dual-tone ensembles… my, how times have changed.
Side note: Don’t underestimate the power of a simple ruche (see sleeves). Ruching brings out the best in any ‘fit by making it look more polished and put together.

Ok, I might have to eat my words on this one. I may have implied in an earlier post that one should veer away from all black buuuut, who really sticks to the rules anyway? There is just so much going on here and that’s what makes this ‘fit so much fun. There’s the texture of the fur (hopefully faux) jacket, the sheer tights, a felt floppy hat, and those butter soft booties. It’s one thing to look good but to literally feel it too?!
